Kadapa Real Estate is a listing platform that connects buyers, sellers and brokers of land, houses and agriculture land in and around Kadapa. We are not a real estate agent, broker, or party to any transaction:

  • Contacting the broker/seller and any deal made is at your own risk.
  • This platform does not verify ownership, pricing, or broker credentials.
  • This platform is not responsible for any fraud or cheating occurring outside the platform.

2. Browsing and Accounts

You can browse listings without creating an account. To list a property or manage enquiries, sellers and brokers must register for a dashboard account and provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Listing Content

Sellers and brokers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the property details, pricing, and photos they submit. Listings must relate to real properties the submitter has the right to advertise. We may remove any listing that appears inaccurate, duplicate, or otherwise violates these Terms.

4. Buyer Responsibility

Before proceeding with any enquiry or transaction, you should independently verify ownership, pricing, documentation, and the identity of the seller or broker. Any communication or dealing you enter into with a seller or broker found through this platform is at your own risk.

5. Prohibited Use

  • Posting false, misleading, or duplicate listings.
  • Using the platform to harass, spam, or defraud other users.
  • Attempting to interfere with the security or normal operation of the website.

6. Limitation of Liability

The website and its listings are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kadapa Real Estate is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a listing's accuracy, a transaction between users, or reliance on information found on the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
